Which courier will deliver my ring?

  • United States and Canada: USPS, USPS Priority Mail Express(Additional charge of $30)
  • Australia:Aramex AU and Australia Post
  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail
  • Norway and Switzerland: UPS
  • EU countries: DHL, 4PX and FedEx

How long will I get my rings?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

1.Regular orders:
Tungsten/Damascus Steel Rings: 1-2 weeks to process(some styles require 4-5 weeks of production time), and 5-7 business days for shipping.

10K/14K/18K Solid Gold Rings: 2-3 weeks to process, and 5-7 business days for shipping.

925 Sterling Silver Rings: 3-4 weeks to process, and 5-7 business days for shipping.

2.Rush Order:
Rush orders are available only for Solid Gold Rings.

The crafting time can be expedited to within 2 weeks.

The shipping time for rush orders is reduced to 2-5 business days.

What's the Warranty & Return policy?

Warranty: We offer 3 months free warranty for the whole ring/ jewelry. 

Return: Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days after receiving your item.

What are the payment options?

Will tungsten rings tarnish or turn my fingers green?

Tungsten rings will not tarnish or turn your fingers green. Tungsten is a very corrosion-resistant metal with high hardness and oxidation resistance, which can well maintain its color and luster.

One of the common causes of green fingers is copper oxidation, which does not exist in tungsten rings because it does not contain copper. In addition, tungsten rings are also highly scratch-resistant and not easy to wear, so they are suitable for long-term wear.

Will 925 sterling silver rings tarnish and oxidize?

Due to the inherent properties of silver, they may naturally tarnish and oxidize over time.

 Is your ring solid real gold?

Yes. Our 10k, 14k and 18k white/rose/yellow solid gold rings are real gold and can be tested at your local jewelry testing facility.

Do you do custom-making?

Can the gems of the women ring be replaced with others?

Yes, absolutely. Please email us with details and get a quote via contact@esdomera.co.uk

How do I know what my ring size is?

It's best to go to your local jewelry store to get measured, or you can refer to our ring sizing guide.

Can you do a ring size larger or smaller?

Most rings can be made in larger or smaller sizes. Ask customer service for details by sending a link or picture of the product via contact@esdomera.co.uk

Does this come with a gift box?

Yes. Couple rings and women rings come with a free ring box. Men’s ring comes with a transparent jewelry box. And we also provide a paid exquisite gift package.

What does the Rush Order Service mean?

Rush Order Service is a service for a fee($40) to prioritize and expedite your order. Our solid gold is made to order. Typically, it takes 2-3 weeks to make a normal order while 1-2 weeks to craft a rush order.

After Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

All items will be sent to production within 24 hours after we receive the payment. Each item is customized based on your own preference. Therefore, normal items  cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee. Customized items and the rings with custom sizes will not be accepted for cancellation after 24 hours. Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order. And we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Can I return the ring?

Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days after receiving your item. Please read this Warranty & Return Policy page for details.

How can I change the ring size/the color of metal tone?

Please contact us via contact@esdomera.co.uk

It is highly recommended that you double-confirm the ring size and metal type you purchased. If you're not sure for that, you can get it measured in a local jewelry store or read the ring size guide.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.

Please note that you will not receive tracking number until your order is processed and shipped. Additional shipping delays may occur due to high order volume.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes. As long as the item has not yet been shipped, we can manually change the shipping address. Please contact us via contact@esdomera.co.uk
