10K/14K/18K Solid Gold Rings require 2-3 weeks for crafting.
925 Sterling Silver Rings typically take about 3-4 weeks to craft.
Shipping Time:
For the United Kingdom and United States, shipping generally takes 5-7 business days.
For Canada, Australia, and European countries, shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.
Rush Orders:
Rush orders are available only for Gold Rings.
The crafting time can be expedited to within 2 weeks.
The shipping time for rush orders is reduced to 2-5 business days.

Return Policies:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item
Items must be in original, unworn condition with all documentation.
Missing Moissanite certificates incur a 30% replacement fee.
Modified, engraved, or resized items not returnable.
Wear or damage prevents returns.
Unauthorized/refused delivery packages not refunded.
Original shipping costs not refunded (unless damaged/defective).
ESDOMERA deducts shipping and gift packaging charges from refunds.
